Placement Review Forms

Student teachers will be assessed against the LJMU ITE Curriculum throughout their programme. All Phase Review forms will be completed by General (ITT) Mentors online through the Abyasa portal. We encourage the General (ITT) Mentor to meet with their student teacher to discuss the form whilst they are completing it. This ensures a learning conversation happens where progress and areas for development are openly discussed and captured at formative assessment timepoints. Once completed the student teacher can download a pdf copy of their phase review form and place it in sub-folder 3 of their QTS Training and Development File.
